I initiated a money transfer on Feb-3-2011 and my money is being withheld for 6 weeks and counting. Initially I got an email saying transfer was successful followed by a call saying receiving bank rejected. After several emails and phone calls, there is no progress. I made multiples requested over the phone to credit my account back as transfer failed.
As I am writing this complaint, I have been on hold for 90 min to talk to a Supervisor. It is unfortunate that so called leading private bank grew only in size.
