    Thumbs down ICICI salary account

hi i am Gaurav i have an account with ICICI that is salary account that was created from my previous organisation with some disputed reasons (They threatened me for something so i made quick resigation and stop working to organisation and after that they have filed a furzy complaint against me for robbing computeers data in police (DDR) not FIR ) .I left my organisation and after that i moved to new organisation and they also submit salary by ICICI bank so i continue my ICICI account for salary purpose .
But after 3 months ICICI bank has 35000 RS of money put in to hold .When i went to ICICI office then they said that my previous organisation has said them and submit a copy of DDR but they haven't any of Court notice .Is it possible for my previous organisation to make my money on hold from bank without any notice from Court or should i file a case for mental herassment

    Red face Fraud internet transaction

I am holding a salary account with ICICI Bank. On 20 Sep 10 my account got debited with Rs. 50,000/-through interent by someone. Bank was informed immediately. Despite having all the details of fraudsters, bank has not recovered the money back and no action has been taken so far. An official complain to police and bank has been lodged but nothing is happening so far. Can somethiong be done so that I get my money backfrom bank.
