i have complaint against ICICI BANK, i have taken two wheeler loan from Icici bank in 2006, i paid all my installment, but charge one extra installment from my account. I paid two installment in cash to their collection agent in 18/07/2007 but he deposit only one installment in my loan account, When i complaint about this ICICI bhopal branch collection is trying to protect his agent and now claiming some amount from my side by false charge ( bouncing penalty late intreset charge) as icici bank collection agent had not deposit my installment on time Bank was charging such charges which was not my mistake. I need my one installment amount back 2229/- back so please take some action and do the needfull

maruti man 10otors sold a new maruti car...car designed give satisfatory life of more than 10 years.
but to my surprise the car has shown rusting soon after using it for about 8000 km in two years only under normal city usage... i am cheated on quality.
the case informed to the company vide above CRM .it is draging feet and do not do anything other than saying sorry for the inconviniences as standard terminology/phrase withou feeling sorry in reality.

the car was not treated for rusting at manufaturing stage and thinner metal sheets were used to maximise profit unduely. the details of the deffects are already with the company.

pl show/guide me on the options available under consumer act.
