On 19 Nov 2010 I can see that there were 2 transactions of Rs. 2000.00 & Rs.18000.00 debited from my Savings account No: 03911100034803 maintained in Mira Road (E) Branch.

I would Like to inform you that the above two transaction are fraudulent and not done from my end and also not done by other 2 Joint account holders.

I understand that this could be a bank error or a Fraud done by somebody from my Account. When I saw this 2 transaction in the evening on 19/11/10 I immediately reported this to the customer services of DCB and logged a complaint in this regards.The agent provided me with a request number 208829 and said that it will take 48 working Hrs to solve this query. Alternatively,on the same day I personally went to the Mira Road Branch with this complain and told the person who was there but got the reply from her that we cant help you in this matter.This is the issue in which we also cannot do any thing you will have to inform the customer Service on Telephone.A written complaint was handed over to the branch manager for which we have the acknowledgement from the branch manager.

On 20 Nov 2010 I spoke to the Mira Road Branch Manager and gave a written complain
in this regards which was accepted by the branch manager and I was told to wait untill
Monday for the reply from customer services department.

On 22/11/2010 at 12:25PM when I called the customer services dept. for the update of the Requested Complain made by me on 19/11/2010 I got the reply that we had tried to Contact the person in whose account the funds were transferred fraudulently but they said his telephone number has changed and we cannot take any further action in this regards and suggested to approach the branch for any further help.

I think being a prospect customer of DCB, I would accept full co-operation from you in solving this issue asap which I haven't seen from your end.

I would therefore request you to please give a written confirmation that you are not able to help me in this issue so that I can approach the appropriate authority in this reagrds.
