    Default illegal transaction in icici bank account

    Hi,

    On 10th May 2010 , I had purchased 2 travel insurance policies from Baja allianz through Insurancepandit.com site. I did the payment of Rs.11878 for each policy online through my icici debit card.On behalf of this, on 17th May again 11878Rs debited from my account without my knowledge. I am wondering the security provided for icici netbanking facility. There are nearly several levels of authentication for a transaction but nothing validated here. Now my account is empty and icici says for finding the reason itself it will take nearly 30 working days even though I raised a complaint on the same day with high priority.I would lik to get atleast the explanation from their side as whether the fault is from their side or not. Really icici is playing on this and I am running out of money. If it is a payment fault from customer side , they would have been very prompt to get it back by any means.
