Respected Sir,

I have an issue with axis bank, i am not sure if its a minor problem or a major one, have been one of those fellow citizens who have a wide spectrum of patience and dont mind people overlooking our problems.

Recently i joined Ocwen financials in Bangalore who offered me an account with AXIS BANK, everything was going smooth and then i got my first paycheck, unfortunately its a pay order and i deposited the check on the 5/10/2010 at around 1.30 pm at an AXIS ATM near my house and my nightmare started my money has still not been credited in my account, i called them placed a lot complaints, but all that they felt was i was wasting their time, not even once was i notified what had happened to my pay order, and the due to the banks delay my life was turned into chaos, for middle class people like me everything is dependent on our monthly salary, we rely on it for medicine, ration, bills, etc etc, imagine everything going late, and my Dad is on permanent medication due his open heart surgery i could not even buy his regular medicines, I would like to know how this bank is going to compensate for the anguish it has caused me, its really sad how we get treated, not like customers but probably like beggars!!!
