My father was passed away on 09-06-2011 he was a pensioner for Chennai corporation and have pension account with Indian Bank [Minjur 601203]. I claimed his account to close and settle the account balance 16.09.2011 from that day I roaming to that bank every time i go they tell some reason and ask me to come next day after 2 weeks the br. manager checked the form and told some docs is missing to submitted. I gave that after 1 week once again he asked to submitted some other documents asked to submit photocopy of with attestation i submitted as they requested [death certificate, legal hier, passport, voter id etc,] after that they asked come back after 1 week when i went that br. manager asked to get consent letter stating that my aunty's bro mention in ration card is not legal heir. i got that letter too after 2 days i went that manager asked get checked by other staff. i submitted he asked come next day but he was on leave i went next day manager is leave went next day bank is on leave. after couple of days i went that manager asked to submit original docs for verification. i told I've all originals except legal hier cos it submitted for pension transfer process to my mother with Chennai corporation. but that manager not listening at all and telling harshly that to get that doc and get out now. tell me what can i do noe?
