ING Vysya The third class bank i ever seen.Very less ATM,always cheating with customer by telling that any number of transactions are allowed from any bank no deduction.but after 5 transactions for each transaction 20 re got deducted.also customer care call center they never entertain you even if you hold for 5 to 10 minutes by saying thank you for patient

Completely agree with you. I had filled a Saving account form with ING Bank, and they opened a current account... REDICULUS.

Its not enough, I deposited a minimum required balance in the account, and they added some unnecessary charges on that w\o intimating me, and then because amount goes below minimum required balance, they added around 800 Rs. fine too.

And more than that, I cannot even use my internet banking account even after login to the system, as it dont show up my account.

I am going to close the account now by removing all my remaining money from there and will never recommend anyone to go with ING.
