Recently My Father had Purchased Taxi From A dealer in Navi-Mumbai(Sharayu Motors)


The dealer has quoted Premium for Vehicle Insurance in Performa Invoice as Rs.15952.



But at the time of Delivery of vehicle and Insurance Policy was given to us with Premium amount of Rs.14000 only.



When i asked the dealer to return the excess claim for the insurance claim he flatly refused saying that Rs 2000 is the service charge.



This double standard is more observed for Taxi Drivers as they are uneducated and cant raise any voice against the system.



More than 200 Taxi ( vehicle) are booked through this delaers every month



Dear Sir,

Requesting you to guide as this is not the case of my father only but it is more rampant across for all illiterate and uneducated taxi drivers where they are cheated for an excuse of Service charges in Mumbai.
