This in reference to the charges which are levied on my account on 6/11/2010 for Rs 1654.50 for not maintaining AQB, then on 8/11/2010 for Rs.441.20 for ECS return charge then on 13/11/2010 again for Rs 441.20 for ECS return charge, Overall I was charges sum of Rs 2536.90 because of the mistake of your employee named Kiran from S G Marg, Mumbai 02.I have submitted the written letter along with the relevant documents to convert smart saving account to no frills account on August 13th, 2010. But to my amazement nothing has been updated on my account. I have complained several time to the S G Marg branch but they are just trying to cover up their employee mistake. I have called customer service on Sept 28, 2010 complained # MANJ 86/LC/0910/30 and had clearly instructed them to contact me between 1-3pm IST..which they failed and they kept calling me after 7pm. I informed them that I cannot answer calls after 3pm. and without even letting me know they closed my complaint. Again I called Customer service on Nov 13th, 2010 midnight and filed another complaint # HARI 48/LC/1110/17. but I was told that we will investigate about the issue and will get back to you after a week. I am really frustrated with the service your bank is delivering and I want my money back. Because the charge for not maintaining the AQB is for July, August and September..where as I had already submitted my documents on august 13th, 2010. So this charges are completely invalid and both the ECS return charges are again because of banks fault because I have ECS amount which got deducted because of bank charges so I am disputing the total amount of Rs 2536.90 which bank charged me for no fault.
