I was holding a Salary account with AXIS BANK which was a zero balance account. But after 3-4 salaries i changed my account to HDFC bank, due to the poor services of Axis Bank.
But, my account with Axis Bank was existeing. They did not even inormed me about the conversion of my account to Normal saving account and deducted rs 750+10.30 % service tax from my account.
According to the law, the bank should provide the disclosure to the individual if any change is done to the account.

Please help me in getting this issue resolved.This is really bad on bank's part, atleast they can inform their customers.
I am holding 5000 rs mutual funds also with this bank,they should have have adjusted that minimum balance, but they straightl deducted the money.

Plz help
