Hi All
Currently I am using RBS(Royal Bank of Scotland N.V) credit card(One Card). bank called me by phone and told me that you are selected for a special offer (Oriental Express) and as per they told I payed the amount 3 months back(Feb,2010). without devivery the voucher they are telling we are delivered and send me a incorrect Courier delivery proof which contains other signature with my name. But I am getting other letter by Courier like bank statement and credit card bills.

For the same issue I mailed to customer care many times and till today I did not get any valuable response from them. Bank by phone for credit card service is very bad. they are not able to provide correct information.
