Hi ,

Yesterday night at 9:30 PM i went to withdraw cash from Fedaral Bank ATM at Kagdaspura,Bangalore using my HDFC BANK Debit card.But at the time i have entered the amount and confirmed the ATM got shut down due to the power cut for that ATM Room.

After i have checked with the security he said that they have not paid the power bill so electric department has disconnected. Then i tried to contact the contact numbers they have mentioned in the ATM 04842630913/984717076 , these numbers are not working.

Now my Debit card and the amount i tried to withdraw both are got struck in the ATM, at the same the amount which i have entered got debited from my account.

Today morning when i went to HDFC Bank to ask regarding the Transaction and Newcard they said it will take 10-15 days to issue new card and reverse the transaction which i have performed.

This entire problem i have faced because of the FEDARAL BANK irresponsibility regarding Their ATM services.

so please do the need full and take necessary action on FEDARAL BANK.
