Hi,
I have been facing issues with ICICI Bank from the last 5 months now. There are 3 ECS coming out of my account from the last 5 months. I have instrcuted ICICI to stop it from the month of March 2010. However I was promised that it will be done. In spite of the promises made by the bank manager of Vasai Branch nothing has been done.
I got a call from the branch last month stating that they have come to a conclusion of refunding me the money for the last two months however nothing has been done yet. Everytime I go to the branch or talk to them they are not bothered.

* Please suggest what am I supposed to do in this case.
