Hi,
I would like to log a complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank. Monu Chopra is the name of the person (Dupty Manager at Sector-18 Noida branch), email address monu.chopra@kotak.com.
"Non-maintenance charges" have been deducted from my Banking Account where in at the time of account opening he VERBALLY ASSURED that its a 3-in-1 "Zero balance" account. I have called their Customer Care at least 10 times and nothng has been done. Everytime they say that the request is under process with the branch. Monu too has given verbal assurance that the amount would be reversed but nothing has been done yet.
I am really frustrated with this extremely unprofessional behaviour wherein he did not even bother to reply to any of my mails sent. This attitude is highly unacceptable in today's competetive world where every business's primary motto is customer satisfaction.
The fight here is of principles and sticking to the commitments these guys make to their customers/clients.I am surprised how people at Kotak can give false verbal committments to achieve their targets and forget their customers/clients thereafter leaving them in a complete mess.
Suggestions are welcome.
