my name is alokgoel and i used to hold a Kotak bank credit card which i lost on 5 march 2010. initially i had the payment of Rs 218. i called their customer care and gave them all the details to block the card but they did not give me the card no saying that it does not come under their policy. so it became impossible for me to make the payment. still i am getting mails and sms from kotak bank to make the payment which has become Rs 1374.88. still i don't have a card no. if i visit the branch they say talk to the customer care and if talk to the customer care they say talk in the branch as nothing is there in their hands. it has become such a pain. i request u please do something in this regard asap.
