    Default Kotak Life Insurance

    I have been given wrong information by Kotak while buying the policy and now when i am requesting to cancel it they just dragging the process(while i was buying the policy they were running around me).

    I have sent several mails to "KLI Grievance (Central Ops, KLI)" <kli.grievance@kotak.com> but no response.

    Hello,
    This email is in reference to 1 of my Kotak Assured Income Policy, which I had requested to cancel it.
    Complaint ref# KLI 004967, the policy was supposed to be closed and the money needed to be re-funded but sill I have not heard back anything from Kotak.

    I got an update when I had called yesterday(Sat 21/01/12) that I was called on my mobile phone and as my phone was not reachable, the request was cancelled.
    The point that i want to make here is, if my phone was not reachable, why there was no attempt made to send an email to me? or why was the call was not re-tried?
    And why was the request cancelled without my verbal/written confirmation?

    I need to get this policy cancelled and I want my money back. Please refer to the above complaint ref#(004967) for more information.
