Dear sir/madam,

I want to file complaint against kotak mahindra bank with which i had a saving account which was opened in sep 2008 as a salary account its no is 01810030127181
, i was using this account from the past three years even two of my ECS were credited from the same account. Even i got good history of my banking with the same account. But now bank has closed my account without giving me any kind of warning, notification or alert. That is way my ECS bounced and i charged penalty even the track of my loan account got negative. so please submit my complaint against them and do the needful asap
