I Have A Current Account ( 607105003652 ) in ICICI Bank in the name of u.s associates for past 6 years doing govt contract business.My a/c was wrong lien dated 14/08/2010 due to my brother u.pradeepkumar didnt paid his personal loan lpkdi00009330667.im not responsible for that loan lpkdi00009330667.I didnt get any written statement about that lien till date.I had sent a legal notice to ICICI BANK collegeroad branch karaikudi, tamilnadu.But i didnt get any reply or action about that legal notice.Now i have the balance 66063/-. I couldnt withdraw my cash from my account.I issued the cheque to my client and barclays finance.if the the cheque are not honour by your bank.it will cause great loss for me and my name will added to cibil.if any problem arises due to this wrong lien i will launch a legal proceeding through court.so please release the wrong lien in my account.
