    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I want to inform you regarding some fraudulent transactions made against my SBI gold credit card (5101-2869-2657-5277) on 14-dec-2010 and lodge a complaint for these fraudulent transactions.
    On 14-dec-2010 I was in my office and attending a training program, I received a message regarding a transaction made on my SBI credit card at BSES Delhi-Billdesk. Within 10-20 Minutes I received ten such messages ( Seven transactions made for BSES DELHI-Billdesk, two transactions made for BHARTI AIRTEL and one for RELIANCE LIFE INSURANCE MUMBAI IND). Detail of these transactions are attached with this application
    I immediately called to SBI customer care and inform them regarding these fraudulent transactions and asked them to block my card as well as these transaction immediately as these transaction was unbilled at that time. The case ids for these request are 0093480034938, 0093480038588.
    Customer care executive advised me to wait for two days as those transactions was unbilled. But in the mean time I had sent a mail to 'head.sbicards@ge.com'; 'helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in'; dgm.customer@sbi.co.in' on 14-dec-2010 to block these transactions. (Copy of the mail is attached.).
    On 15-dec-2010 I received a response from 'helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in' that I have to send this complaint to feedback.gesbi@ge.com I have sent the mail to this ID also (copy of this mail is attached).
    I received an auto generated mail from feedback.gesbi@ge.com with case id CaseID=004-039-367
    On 16-dec-2010 after 48 hours as advised by the customer care executive, I talked to SBI customer-care executive again and she advised me to fill a dispute form and fax it and email it to chargeback.sbicard@ge.com and feedback.gesbi@ge.com . Reference no of this communication is 0093500019168.
    On 17-Dec-2010 I received card statement and all the transactions reflect in my statement and bank told me that I am libel to pay.
    On 20-dec-2010 I received a reply that these transactions are an EDC online transaction, i.e. swipe transactions, and the card was present at the time of the transaction but the customer care executive is keep telling me it is online transactions and made me.
    I am in deep trouble right now. I did not make any transaction with this card after 4-dec-2010(online ticket booking from yatra.com). Despite of this much of efforts bank is not cooperating with me.

    As all the transactions are payment of Bills of BSES so it can easily track. I do not know the name and address of the persons whom bill was paid by my credit card.

    Post wrongly deduction of Rs. 7,766.68from my S.B.I card

    Respected sir,
    Kindly arrange to search the wrong deduction of Rs.7,766.68 (Rs. Seven Thousand seven hundred sixty six and sixty eight paise only) for my S.B.I card without my permission to withdrawal of above amount to ST. YATRA .COM TRAVEL OF NEW DELHI (INDIA). my credit card no. 52418263-94018440.
    Therefore, you are request to investigate into this issue.

SRINIVAS the Credit Card holder of SBI, My Card No. 4006 6760 8404 5643 My Date of Birth is 14.12.1976...Sir Last Week 23.04.2011 i made a transaction to Cellnext Solution Tranid: 10129847 Amt 4999 Via IVR... But now i came to know that the above said company may be a bogus company because what they given the contact nos all the no's not in use.. so i spoke to one of your executive about this they said the amount which i made party has received it's still in pending...So i want to stop / Block the payment immedieatly... please do the need ful ... awaiting for your reply...

    Default wrong transaction from credit card

    sir,
    on 12th Auguest, 2011 two transaction one of rs. 16,623.07 and another of rs. 2374.98 have been made at ENTROPAY LTD at about 7.29 pm. i was coming from my officer and card was with me. i dont konw how it can be happened. i also not know what is entropay. both the payment is wrong and should be canncelled immediately.
