We are having Our So many current and savings a/c with State Bank Of India's -Jamalpur branch since last 30 years.

This amount On 3/11/2011 and 19/4/2011 bank debited in our a/c as Cash Handling Charges and bank never told us or given in written about this type of bank Charges or niether give us debit memo for this. In this connection I gave return application and after that Bank give us debit voucher but didn’t give us the clarification on this type of charges in written.
I also give return complain to Jamalpur Branch on 24/11/11 but there is NO REPLY from Bank.
I also SMS to 8008202020 as UNHAPPY. My complain No. at SMS house is AHM36159 and AHM36699. Today I got call from your SMS House and they refer me to forword my complain to you.
I already put my complain on your website by complain No.CC 1321007883552 & CC 1321009320564 & CC 1321009593784 on 4/11/11 but also there is NO REPLY from Bank, I don’t understand why SBI not replying to customer ? So pl reply me.
We have total 27 account with your Jamalpur Branch. I hope you will take better interest in favour of your customer.
So we request you to give back our money because whatever SBI’s Jamalpur Branch as done is totally illegal and not in the interest of Bank’s valuable customer.
