    Dear Sir,

    The above account stands in the name of my daughter Miss Sheela Siva Prasad and myself. On 20.05.2010, I issued Cheque No. 107750 for Rs.668/- in favour Mr. pawan Keswani who is also an account holder of your Bank.

    It is astonishing to hear that the said cheque was returned with your endorsement "Drawer signature differs". I am signing several papers and documents regularly and it is unbelievable that my signature differ. As a result of your act, certain sums have been debited to both the customer's account which is ridiculous. It is not only that you have caused embarrassment that too in respect of such a small amount, affecting our reputation in the group of our friends.

    Earlier also your branch refused to effect the change of address on the ground that the signature differs. When we called on the Branch, it was found to be false and was due to the negligence of your concerned staff. As ususal you expressed "sorry".

    If a Banker were to be of this type, we have to seriously think of closing down the account as well as cancell the FDRs we have with you.

    PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND LET US KNOW YOUR REACTION AS TO COMPENSATING US IN THE MATTER BY RETURN OF POST.

    A Xerox copy of the cheque is on the reverse of this letter.

    Hi I am abhishek S Gaur, My complaint is that, on 19 Oct,2010, there was 4 transaction has been done in my account and total RS 9200/- was debited from my account, these transaction has not been made by me, I have reported the incidence to the nearest HDFC bank branch, but till now I did not get any details.
    Last information I got from Hinjewadi HDFC Branch is that they can not provide me the details of the transactions. I have a question to HDFC bank that if the bank is unable to provide the details of my transactions then if the same incident will be happened with other peoples then what they will do?
    and I do not what to do now? But I need my money back.

    I think I have to close my account because HDFC Bank is not reliable.

    PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND LET ME KNOW.

    Default Extremely Disappointed with Customer Guidance and support_HDFC Kormangla Bangalore

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    Am an HDFC customer since my last job with Wipro Bangalore, and until now.

    I have an ordinary HDFC savings and current account non NRI/ non NRO, opened as a salaried account with my last job in Wipro.

    I have moved out of India and am currently working in Dubai. The HDFC account i hold my account is in Bangalore, opened with Sarjapur branch in Bangalore, India.

    I had recent flown to India, and had personally visited the Bangalore - Kormangla branch twice to update my contact details and deposit money into my account. I had confirmed with the Relationship managers and customer care numbers about my change of contact details as I face difficulty while trasferring funds from HDFC or even adding a beneficiary. Each time I try doing the same I get a message stating "I shall receive a call on my old contact number which is non functional". For rectifying all this issues, I had personally flown to India, and had filled a form and updated with my current mobile number in UAE alongwith a alternative Indian number which works in UAE in case of any emergencies. They had updated my numbers. And also I had added a beneficiary.

    But today when I really want to make a funds transfer or add a beneficiary, I see the same message popping and showing me the old non functional mobile number for authorisation. This is extremely ridiculous, as the funds transfer is towards my HDFC home loan account I have. Now am not in India, that I can walk into a branch and change my details or update or make an extremely ridiculous costly phone call to the customer care number, where an ideal time would take atleast 10 - 15 mins just to reach the customer care representative. And all that they would advise me is to visit a branch and update my details.

    I feel so helpless again and not in a financial state to keep travelling every two weeks just to update my contact number and do a simple funds transfer with HDFC bank.

    So what was the point of updating my account number and collecting them in a form, if am still facing the same crisis over and over again.

    Can some one please guide me and help me with this situation. I desperately have to transfer funds to my home loans else I would get penalized for no fault of mine.

    I need support on this issue asap.

    Kindly revert back at the earliest.
