My name is Aman Kumar. I had opened a NFR Account (A/C No. - 022501004382) in icici bank lajpat nagar II New Delhi branch. My check book and ATM card did not delievered at my address so the bank had dispatch my kit to my base branch. i had visit four times in the branch, there is a staff whose name is Miss SHIMPY, they refuse to that my kit is not here and customer care people also do not have the status of my ATM card and they did not give me the any infomation regarding my checkbook and ATM card, I had complained so many times on customer care but they didnot react on the proble which I have. they put me on hold me in very long time and at last they disconnects my call without give me any information. When I reached third time at the branch then one staff of that bank told me my kit is kept by branch manager but when i went to branch manager chamber she was not there at 4.30pm, then staff told me come tommorow I will convey your message to the branch manager and than me. But I did not get any information till yesterday 14 Sep 2010, When I went to the branch yesterday, then I got information that they have been allready destroyed my Check Book & ATM card both. After these condition whenever I called them they recieved my call without telling any single word they put me on hold and then disconnect my call.
So please help me regarding this problem by which I can got my check book and ATM card.
