it was approximately 11.30a. m. of 3-June-2010. I was there to open an account for public provident fund. The operator of entry in passbook has printed my wrong name, wrong father's name and moreover entered wrong entry in his register.I have told him about that patiently . He told me to wait in an angry mood. Then as i was waiting one of my friend came there with her mother having the same problem of wrong entry inher draft. I said to her that "kown kehta hai acha kaam hota hai. He stopped his work and told why do you come here. Please note that i was not talking to that person. My friend tryied to interrupt in between but he told her to keep quite abusively. Then his friend also started fighting with me. Some senior person come there and said me to keep quite and say "this is a bank yahan aise hi kaam hota hai". Is it true.Then after waiting for a long time he returned me the passbook again with wrong entries. When i complaint he said "kahan hai be galti isme" . And told me you are small ,respect others. I want to tell you that i haven't used abusive language and not spoken even a single irrespective word. And yes he also told me "abey chup hoja".
So i want to know that whether i should complaint about bank he has that "i am sbi" or the employee reducing the customers of the esteemed bank sbi as he has told me to go to another another bank, doing silly mistakes in entries again and again thus reducing throughput of the company, misbehaving with customers and girl and there may be much more.
