Dear Sir,
I hold a savings bank pension A/C (022010100408783) with Axis Bank Sector 16 Noida, U.P. I had more than 2 Lakhs Rs in my A/C and had given a cheque of Rs 1.5 Lakhs to someone which bounced back. On investigation it has been found that an amount of Rs 150298.00 has been withdrawn by my bank on 03 May 2010 stating recovery of excess amount. I have no knowledge about this transaction and no one from the bank has contacted me. I fail to understand how money can be taken out by someone (including bank officials) without my knowledge. This action by the bank has embarrassed me in my friend and social circle. Please suggest an appropriate action against the bank.

I had withdrew Rs 25000/- in two transactions from SBI ATM No 1, at gopinath bazar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi on 29 Nov 2009 from SB a/c no 10722294280 of SBI Branch Gazipur (UP). But I found that Rs 5000/- debited from my acct at ser no 8535 on the same day whereas this amount has not been collected by me physically. I was shocked when I found money debited from my a/c. I lodged comlaint for the same but bank is unable to refund my money.

I request your indulgence into the matter and necessary refund of Rs 5000/- immediately as this was my hard earning salary.
