Hi,

I have an ICICI Savings Account. One day, all of a sudden, Rs. 2000 got debited from this account, even though I did not make any transaction from this account.
I immediately reported this incident to a nearest ICICI branch, those people said it's a case of fraud, but when I asked them what will happen about my debited amount, they said, I must have given my ICICI Debit Card and told my passwords to someone. That's why it's my mistake and no money will be refunded.

I don't understand why these ICICI guys are making such a foolish predictions. Why would I ever give my card and tell all my passwords to anyone!!!

Instead of helping their customer, they are blaming us.
I am asking....if these people can't keep our money safe, then why are they here.
