Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a savings account (62032810462) with SBH bank siddipet branch,Andhra pradesh.

I have used Axis bank ATM opp shreyas-cd in Mysore, Karnataka on 31/12/2011 time: 20:10
for withdrawal amount Rs.2000/-.

The transaction was declined ,it showed "unable to process" with term "SWCW1517",record no.298.error code 072.
I have not received any money from the Aixs bank ATM.But money deducted from my account.

Already 30 days passed,still money is not credited to my account. please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.
