Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that i had tried to withdraw the amount Rs 1000 from ICICI bank Barrackpore brance by using RBS debit card, on 27/11/2011 but the cash had not come out from ATM Machine and the amount had been deducted from my RBS account, now I am not getting disputed amount which I claimed .

I have made written complain twice to RBS and they have informed me that according to ICICI bank , it was a successful transaction and they will not reimburse the amount.

As an A/C holder of these two banks I discussed with both banks but till now i have not received the money. Please help.

I have approached to my respective bank(RBS) and they have informed me that according to ICICI bank , the very transaction was a successful one and they are unable to refund the money, but the fact is that money has not come out from the ICICI ATM machine. So I request to ICICI bank to investigate the transaction incident and help me to get back the money.
