I have been complaining the issue with bank customer service and Shivaji Nagar Br for las one month. The transfer is been confirmed by citi bank and according to them also they have confirmed with ICICI and the transfer was suppose to be on 24th May 2010. I tried to send all the details to Customer Service online but either it doesnot reach them or they donot respond with the solution. I been following up with ICICI for long time, this is harrasment. I have the entire email communication with the both the banks. The imp details of email communication by myclient and CITI bank regarding the transfer is mentioned below...
