    Angry Money transfer complaint - ICICI Bank

    I have been complaining the issue with bank customer service and Shivaji Nagar Br for las one month. The transfer is been confirmed by citi bank and according to them also they have confirmed with ICICI and the transfer was suppose to be on 24th May 2010. I tried to send all the details to Customer Service online but either it doesnot reach them or they donot respond with the solution. I been following up with ICICI for long time, this is harrasment. I have the entire email communication with the both the banks. The imp details of email communication by myclient and CITI bank regarding the transfer is mentioned below...

    Post Be Aware of ICICI Moeny to India

    Hello all,
    Please be careful with icici Money to India,Icici got worst customer care service if u would like to cancel the money to India account u never able to
    cancel ur account. They will have ur social security no and everything but they never cancel ur account. I asked to cancel my account please read the reply mail from Icici Bank

    Dear Sir,

    With respect to your mail we would like to inform you that we are unable to cancel/ delete the user ID.

    However you can reset the password or alternatively you can create the new user ID.

    You can disable the old user id by 3 wrong attempts while login.

    Default Worst service by the ICICI money transfer

    My opinion is that the ICICI bank officials are neither professional nor trained. I never heard any worst service than this guys. God bless India!


    Please be careful with these guys. They hold your money for long sp that they can earn interest on it.


    This is a scam!!
