I have my salary account in HDFC bank and the account no is 06511130004661 and by mistake transferred an amount of Rs 20,000 online, through NEFT ,in a wrong account of PNB, account no. 2512000100282245 on 5 October2011. The reference number of the transaction is: F11278000062
I have informed both the banks though they have given the complaint number but officials of both PNB and HDFC bank are not showing any interest and not willing to help and throwing the ball in each other's court. And i have to go from one bank to other for the followup but without any resolution, for this reason im going through a mental trauma.
Please help me resolve this problem and get back my money.
