I have HDFC A/c 0751140001366 and I have opened this account in 2003.I have left Rs 5000 in this account in 2006 year and I was regularly getting bank statement at my kanpur address till 2009.with interest and all update. last statement I got in June, 2009 ( 1from 13/05/2009 to 12/06/2009) and closing balance was Rs 5507.96 and after that I did not receive any statement or letter from HDFC. this month November 2010 when I went to deposit some amount to this account then I came to know that balance amount is 733.88.
My HDFC acount money is automatically deducted by HDFC bank.

It was very surprising, shocking and disappointing and I never expected such kind of activity from HDFC bank.

I have complained to HDFC bank and after complaining many times they registered complain # 266450802 and asked me to deposit RS 100/- in nearest HDFC branch and after that they will refund all my deducted money to this account. Today Nov 20, 2010 I have deposited this amount Rs 100/- to my this HDFC account but still I am waiting for all my deducted money that has to be credited to my account.

Please do needful asap.

I would like to request HDFC bank that please do not such kind of activity in future.
