I have a saving account in Axis bank (jamshedpur branch), A/C No:-012010100247122. I had submitted a form for my account closer last 20 days ago. The person accepted my form told me to come after 10 days and they will provide me pay order. But after passing more than 20 days, I didn't get my pay order. Why this is happening I don't under stand. There are near about 10,000/- Rs. in my account.

Please advice me what to do and whom to consult because I need my money on urgent basis.
