I have my savings a/c. with your Salt lake Electronics branch (code-9985) bearing no.20004921916. On 19/06/2010 at 18.50hrs I used my debit card at Nagerbazar ATM for withdrawal of Rs.500/-.But the cash did not dispense and I got the Customer advice as usual. On updation of my Pass Book, it finds the amount of Rs. 500/- has been debited from my account. ATM Txn No.1620.

Under this circumstances, I would request you to look into the matter and arrange to credit the amount in my said account at the earliest.
