Dear Sir.

I am an account holder of one of your Branch Yamuna Vihar, Gyandeep Vidya Bhawan, Delhi-110053 Branch Code-2947.

My savings account number is also the same i.e.2947.

I had applied for my Debit Crad to get it renewed after surrendered the old debit card.

I am very sorry to submit that till date I had applied four times on the request of your various Branch Mangers (transferred from time to time) but all in vain.

Still I am waiting for the Debit Card.

Kindly arrange to send my debit card against my Savings Account number 2947 at my residential address, otherwise I shall be bound to knock the door of Consumer forum/Court of Law.
