I, Smt S Vidhya w/o Late K Saravanan, am having an account with SBI, (ADB) Kannamangalam, Thiruvanannamalai Dist (SB A/C No 30802435358). I have been granted gratuity and pension with effect from 13th June 2009 vide CDA (P), Allahabad PPO No F/011108/2010 (ARMY) dated 01st April 2010. The same has been forwarded to the SBUI Head office of Thiruvannamalai wih a copy to SBI ADB Kannamangalam Branch. Main Branch has sent the same to my bankers on 08th May 2010 and alll the concerned papers were signed by me on 10th May 2010. It is regretted ti inform that no amount has been credited to my account till date. The response shown by the dealing clerk of my banker is also not appreciable. Kindly help me out as early as possible. I am a young widow with small daughter and I am not able to travel frequently to the banks.
