I have transfered funds from my ICICI bank to SBH on 28-5-10.While registering the beneficiary name in SBH instead of SBI.Usually within one working day funds would be transfered.Since the fund has not been transfered so far,I contacted the customer care of ICICI bank,where it was informed that the amount has already been transfered and to contact the beneficiary's bank.The beneficiary's bank informed that they have not received any amount.The same was informed to ICICI bank.Even then they said the same old story.Inspite of repeated complaints, they have not taken any proper action to credit back the amount to my account till today.
