    Default Not received ATM card miss use

    Dear Sir,

    I have an joint account in HDFC bank with my wife last 6.0 yrs.she had applied for issue new ATM card from the other branch of HDFC and request also sent to delivered that ATM card to same brach,because i left the place due to my job change and where i apply to issue the New ATM card that brach is in my home district.
    When i got the e.statment on dated 17.06.10 on my e.mail ID than i know my fund balance is all most finished.when i did the contact with Bank manger that i know the money drawn by the new issue ATM card and they have dilivered that ATM card at mention address in my bank account addresse.
    That is the completly fault by the bank beacuse why they dilivered the ATM card as well as without Photo identity profe.
    SO i want to redeposit my money in my account.

    Dear Sir,

    I had taken HSBC credit card in 2005.i never used my HSBC credit card.It has expired in 2007.i never applied for renewel card and also i requested so many times to close my credit card.They sent one card in 2007 with different number ,for that also i called up to customer care and closed that number.After that i didn't receive any regular statemnets from HSBC bank.i thought it got closed.On march 2010 collection department of HSBC called up and started herrossing me over the phone.i checked with HSBC bank that i came to HSBC staff misutilized my renewel card.they delivered my card itself to somebody(when i checked with blue dart courier ,in that courier they given half address wrong and given some fraud contact numbers .)
    it is very planned fraud taken behind me,bcoz to make me confusion they issued some other card with different number.i thought that is my renewel card.when i communicated with HSBC ,they said they issed 2 credit cards to me bcoz of good usage of first credit card.in my life i never used HSBC credit card.and also for the transactions they are talking they don't have statemnets also.they took 2 months time and created manual copy and sent to me.and also about transactions they said different dates over the phone to me .and the statemnets they created manually(HSBC bank agreed also that they created manully.)showing different dates and those statments are editable.

    i filed a complaint against to HSBC in RBI.and waiting for response from them.

    Please suggest me how to proceede on this issue.HSBC collection department people are calling me from different phone numbers and herrossing me.i am metally sufferrring.
