I have requested for ATM card of OBC bank, Kashipur (UK), Pin Code: 244713 and have visited there as per the time alloted to me. In spite of being there on time the representative did not provide me the ATM card and rather he spoke to the manager regarding non issuance of the card.
Being a student of MBA final year my placements have started and i have to travel a lot for my interviews. Though i have already visited the bank so many times the card has not been issued yet.
when I rang up the toll free number I was able to speak to the Senior Executive of the bank and when he spoke to representative in bank the representative lied and said that i dont know this boy and started abusing me in the bank.
kindly take serious actions regarding this matter.
