Sub: Complaint against manager and staff of Oriental Bank of Commerce, Dabri Branch, New Delhi

This is to bring into your consideration that I am (Sunil Kumar Mittal Current AC Number-1 in name of S K Steels ) one of the oldest customers in the aforesaid bank and hold an account in this bank since the day of its inception. I would like to bring it into your notice that the behavior of the staff of this bank has become intolerable and rude to its core. The staff of the bank shows a cold shoulder to its customers and no one shows any responsibility or accountability towards its customers. The staff has become so uncooperative and irresponsible that they don’t even care to clear cheques of their customers despite of presence of ample balance in their account (for reference of the same you may kindly refer to my account statement where they have not cleared a cheque despite of availability of balance in my account) leading to unnecessary trouble to innocent customers including criminal litigation under section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act for bouncing of cheque and making them incredible in the industry for non payment of debts.

I most humbly submit that this kind of rudeness, uncooperation and irresponsibility of the bank staff is leading to inconvenience and dissatisfaction to a lot of customers and may lead to some aggressive step like DHARNAS PARDARSHAN, HUNGER STRIKE etc on part of them. In order to avoid such situation, I would request you to kindly check their attitude towards their work and customers. Hoping for a necessary action taken at earliest on your part.
