This is Srinivasa Bharath Kanta from Pai layout Bangalore.I applied home loan from axis bank in the year 2009.From 2009 to April 2011 I paid the pre EMI to the bank for the below mentioned property.

Bangalore South Taluk,
Bangalore India.

Because of communication gap with the builder of that apartment with out my notice this property was sold to the third party on Jan 2011.With the common understanding with the builder I thought of the taking the same dimensions and same cost of flat in the same apartment. I approached to the Axis Bank Loan officer(Venkatesh-9964488866) and I informed that what ever I am paying the EMI is not the correct and requested to change the property to the below mentioned address.

Bangalore soth Taluk,
Bangalore India.

I submitted all the documents and registration was done for the same at Bangalore BEGUR registration office on 13th April 2011 and I am paying to the EMI for the same.

After seven months I went to AXIS bank for Interest certificate.I got the certificate on Dec 17th 2011. In the Interest certificate I noticed that my home property is still with old address and I am paying the EMI to the OLD property.

I cannot able to file tax what ever I paid the EMI.I would like to file a case against negligence of the axis bank people.
