Dear sir,

Sub- -pending payment of pension arrears (PPO 7460)

My self M.M Dhara residing in satna m.p i would like to draw your kind attention that PENSION DEPARTMENT JABALPUR issued payment order -7460 for the period of 01/02/2000 to28/02/01 for the amount-Rs.6968.00 which is still unpaid to me i have send many reminders to THE MANAGER STATE BANK OF INDIA ,CIVIL LINE JABALPUR (M.P) .
We have personally visited the bank but they have given us only assurance for payment ,pension departmet said that they have forwarded payment order slip(PPO 7460) to bank after that bank has responsbility for payment .
But after many reminders bank has not make any payment or reply to us.

Please take strong action against Bank and help us for my due payment.

Dear Sir,
My father expired in dec.,2000 leaving behind arrears of pension. we r 4 brothers and one sister. On query, my younger brother told me that father had nominated his wife to receive the payment of arrears. Since I was in Delhi, I couldn't detail what transpired between my younger brother and my father. May I know whether it is legally valid to nominate my younger brother's wife to receive pension arrears amounting .
