VERSUS
1. The Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Nannilam, Tiruvarur Dist
2. The Branch Manager, State Bank of India Nagapattinam,(T and Dist)
3. The Sub Treasury Officer, Nannilam, Tiruvarur Dist
4. The Treasury Officer, O/o The District Collector, Tiruvarur (T & Dist)
That The complainant as a legal heir had been pursuing for the pension arrears of his late father R Kesavaiyer who retired as school teacher on 31.05.1970 from Tirumarugal union in Nannilam Taluk, drawing the pension from State Bank of India Nannilam Branch till his demise on 21.02.1997 and subsequently there was a revision in his pension posthumously thus an arrear is pending for the past one and half decade.
That the complainant, is corresponding but unable to zero in since, both the opposite parties are pointing the needle at each other and claim unflinching on their respective part. Iit is communicated that the entire docket was transferred to Nagapattinam State Bank of India endorsed by the Treasury Officer O/o District Collector Tiruvarur
That after communicating and complaining to myriad agencies, finally, State bank of India responded after one and half decade- thus frittered the complainant’s precious time of one and half decade- (they neither respond to Sub Treasury Officer nor the complainant in ordinary course including to their Dy. General manager, Customer Care, of their corporate office, as they are largest nationalised bank hence above all and the rest are mean traffic- Mumbai except umpteen pressures exerted through their head office that too vis a vis Director of Public Grievance, New Delhi) stating that at no stage the complainant’s late father got pension under PSB scheme but had a simple SB account to encash the pension remitted by the STO Nannilam- that too through the Assistant General Manager, Local Head Office Chennai who too if read the line between, pointed a reference from Sub Treasury Officer letter number but surely not their own office reference from any quarter.
That the complainant did not approach the said bank unilaterally but only upon the communication received from the Sub Treasury Officer Nannilam to be endorsed by the District Collector, Tiruvarur based on the information furnished by the Treasury Officer, Tiruvarur vicariously the Sub treasury Officer, Nannilam
NATURE OF COMPLAINT:
Thus the opposite parties are misleading, harassing without replying and cheating me for the past one and half decade and still unable to zero in from whom the solution available
