I Vipin Rathore resident at H No. 9/1 Retghat Road Bhopal taken a Personal loan from Fullerton India in 30.06.2007 of Rs.20000/- for 24 Months.
I have paid all the 24 EMI's on time as per statement given by Fullerton. In that case in the March-2009 01 EMI not dedct from ECS due to technical problem, I have paid that EMI through Cheque No. 89847 icici bank , cheque cleared from account on 14-03-2009 as per my bank statement, but Fullerton india not updated the same in my SOA till date , i have given sevral reminder to Fullerton India but No responce from Fullerton people. I have not recieved NOC for the same , even i personally visited to many times to Fullerton Branch office.

Myself is Dharm Shankar, I have got the Personal Loan last month from Fullerton India.Loan A/c no. 011725000027640 and Customer Id is 2613358 . Couple of things going much wrong, as I have already 4 loans and I have not seen these issues earlier with any bank.

1. I signed on document that mention , my EMI will be Rs. 9700/- and i got the SMS that, my EMI will be Rs. 9866/-.
2. In my PL, I have three cheque, 1 is for me and rest two is for Balance Transfer.
a. The cheque issued on my name , has been cleared.
b. Second Cheque, was for Citi Financial loan closure – I submitted that cheque on 22nd November and after 3 days I got the call from Citi that cheque has been bounced.
c. Third cheque, was for ICI loan closure , that was not properly issued. in favor of was wrong, Only loan account number was written.


Now, I returned that ICI loan closure cheque at Noida branch on 25 or 26 Nov. but still I have not get re-issued cheque.

In couple of days, I will get Citi bounced cheque.

Now, My Question is,

a. Why I have not got the ICI cheque.
b. Why Citi cheque has been bounced.
c. I am living in Gurgaon and it is not possible to go Noida to refund cheque and collect cheque
d. and why it is taking too much time.

PLEASE DO NEEDFUL THING ASAP.

I have completed my two wheeler loan outstanding on 2010 March. When I applied for the issuance of NOC on march 23 2011, they are telling the process will take 20 working days. I have asked for any other option to issue it earlier, but the customer care executives are very rude and saying again and again it will take 20 working days since I am shifting out of the city in two weeks I cannot get the NOC in time and indeed could not apply for NOC from RTO also.

If the issuance of NOC takes this much time why cant they issue the NOC once the Loan is completed.

This is really ridiculous. Please reduce the time for issuing NOC for completed loans.

I was ok with the service till the time I applier for NOC.
After applying for NOC I feel like telling everybody about Fullerton, so that they dont end up facing the rude customer care people and the ridiculous processing time for NOC

I have applied for NOC through customer care number 040 44556000

Even though the call center manager who talked to me was rude ( he ways adamantly telling that he cannot do anything with early issue of NOC it will take 20 days)

I got my NOC in one week, so credit to the people working in Mumbai office of Fullerton, but customer care manager need to talk like he is working for customer "care"

Suppose you are not giving any loan to us, please response the customer whatever it may be.
The sales manager Mr.ramesh has not respond to my loans. his number is 9791015747.Kindly take the immediate action.

I have took loan of Rs 50000 in 2009 the EMI was Rs 2494/- after 19 th EMI I have closed my loan acctt & paid balance Rs 31,717/-/ with interest with penalty on 21.07.2011. I have forwarded a letter (to Fullerton India ) on the same day through email to stop my coming EMI's from the next month Cash receipt was also attached with that mail. Today I got a sms from Fullerton that EMI of Rs 2494/- for my loan account is due on 5th August 2011 kindly keep bank account funded one day before the due date. What should i do? file a FIR against the fullerton.
