I am holding Saving account No 0111000300296513 in PNB Dehradun.

Today I have been charged Rs 112/- towards annual fees of Debit card twice whereas I am possessing only one Debit card. Please advise.

SUBJECT - Application against false withdrawal of money from pnb ATM bank

Respected sir,
With due respect my self shammi kumar s/o shri Kashmir singh my account no is 2581000100164097

In morning time of dated 05/08/11 . I was going to ATM for withdrawal of money at that time my account balance show 11243 RS .after that I tried to withdrawal 500 rs but due to ATM machine not responding any thing that time .so that I was go to another ATM m/c and checked out my balance. at that time my 11000 RS detected from my account so that I complaint in customer office and also in PNB bank .but any person not respond me in good Mainer .after that manger of PNB bank that call me after 3-4th day regularly but after two month not any action taken against my complaint

They give me a lot of mental tension but also wasted my time and money. please sir take any corrected action against pnb bank I am working in ankur pharma ltd himachal unit 1 baddi
So that kindly requested to you take desire action against my complaint
