I Manisha goel forward my complaint for non-blocking of my PNB ATM which was stolen on 13th August.
I lost my purse at around 7:30 pm on 13th august in Roorkee.I immediately called the customer care center to block two ATMs of PNB bank at once.

I talked with Mr.Nitin who picked up the phone on calling customer care no.I asked him to block both the ATMs and On my request he told he had blocked both the ATM and need not worry. On 14th august i went to PNB bank B.T.GANJ branch ROORKEE to confirm the blockage there i came to know that from my account 25,000 has been withdrawn on 13th august by the thief and now my both the ATMs have been blocked but i was not given any request no. by mr. nitin. At 1:45pm i got a message that a transactions of 25,000Rs. have been made by the thief. My family was shocked and we again contacted customer care centre where i was told that acc. of madhu goel has been blocked and manisha goel is not yet blocked.I again asked them to block it immediately and enquired why it was not done last night to which they said sorry madam it was our mistake.To a poor man 50,000 transaction is not a small amount which i lost just because of silly mistake.
