Once again, i had met with Mr. Suresh (Branch Manager) and they have not received any password.
Please send your courier detail with Docket no. etc. with in 24Hrs. otherwise i will go to ''consumer
court '' or RTI for my claim of Rs. 50000/- against my loss as mentioned in below mails due to your's
poor service & customer support.

After various requests etc. Im very sorry to say that iam still awaiting for password since
''March"2010 (see mail 27.04.10) . I had again visited to you concerned branch on dated 13.05.10 and
met with Branch Manger for the same but they have not received any paasword regarding this mail.
Kindly reply my following questions -
1. Who will be reply/confirm/arrange for the same ?
2. Is it cutomer's duty to follow up with your seniors regarding these type of requests?
3. Why your staff is not able to do followups with you, like other private banks.

4. Due to your poor services i had lossed approx. Rs. 50,000/- because i have to trasfer some amount to
other account through netbanking as per my commitment with some one. Now they have been
takeover my personel property due to non payment and PNB is fully responsible for the same?
5. As i had already registered for phonebanking , why i am not getting any message from PNB
regarding dispatch of password ?
This is my last reminder to you for necessary action .

I had visited my branch on 26.04.10, monday and contact with Manager but they say we have not recd.
the same also as mentioned in my below mail , request for the same has been submitted but they have
not given me any acknowledgement for the same.

In March -2010 , my txn. password was locked and I had submitted my request for ''Txn Password'' in
my branch (Paddi Sura Singh, saila khurd, hoshiarpur) which was laterly submitted by branch due to
lacking of experience about these type of requests.

Now till date password is still awaited , but i have recd. a message from PNB on my register mobile
no. i.e ''Txn. password changed'' but no dispatch detail.
Kindly let me know when i can get the same and from where , beacuse i am facing very much personel
problems due to the same.

1. Previosly i was able to ''log in'' to access the account detail but ''txn'' was disabled .But now both
was autoamticall diabled , why?
2. Your customer care toll free no.1800 180 2222 is not responding for these type of requests, they
said that '' pl. contact ur branch office'' and branch office said taht we have no idea for the same. What
we do ?
