This complaint is reference to change of my salary account to saving a/C. I have salary account with punjab national bank, bahaduke road, ludhiana barnch in the name of neeraj kumar and my account number is. 4766000400028443 and I would like to change my account from salary to general account but the branch manager said it can't be possible to remain same a/C no.

For above Problem I had visited lot of time in Branch but the Branch Manager Mr. Banga’ do irresponsible behave with me and he don’t want to solve my problem al last I said him kindly close my account than he said “ Time Lagega abhi Hamare Pass Staf nahi Hai” , he talk very rudely manner
