Dear Sir/Madame,
My name is Amrit Talapatra and I hold an account at the Punjab National Bank (Account Number:- 4548001500018697). I had tried to make a transaction at a shop using my PNB debit card. The card was swiped for a sum Rs. 15,000 but it was declined by the swiping machine. Later on after enquiring about balance in my account I found out that the Rs. 15,000 was debited. On enquiry at the shop I found out that they had not received the amount either. I had launched a complaint at the toll free number provided by PNB. They have in turn given me a complain number(32378763) and have said that they will verify and rectify the fault in 15 days time. This is a very dangerous situation as I have no guarentee whether I will receive the money or not. This fault has led to a lot of mental harassment. I hope you will look into this matter and keep me posted. I would be very grateful if the matter could be resolved. Thanking you, Your Sincerely, Amrit Talapatra |

i have pnb account number 1542000100066933 and i am using the debit card from last many months for my online payments.... i m facing a very unusual problem . my online payments are being declined .. but i can withdraw from the ATM.. i tried to book online tickets of cinema . Firstly i got the message that it is confirmed but after some time i got a email that my payment have been declined by the bank and same problem i faced it while paying to google... Earlier i have paid to google and even booked online tickets and it was successful.. kindly rectify this error as early possible as i requested google to process the same debit card account number for payments. thanks Anil verma |

My name is Kapil Arya and I have an Account in Punjab National Bank with Account Number (4142001500001680)...
On 26 July 2010, When I was using my ATM then I swiped my card for Rs. 10,000/- . But I didn't received any cash and Rs. 10,000/- was deducted from my account.. Then I had filed a complaint at customer care with complaint number (32384226)..I called them many time but They are always saying that my complaint is under process.. They are saying that they can send only mail and can't do anymore.. And when I went to my Branch Manager , He said that he sent my complaint to GM also.. But, Now more than 50 days has been passed.. But my problem is not solved.. And I am a student.. Those money was for my fees.. I have deposited my fees by taking money from relative with interest.. This fault has led to a lot of mental harassment... I hope you will look into this matter and keep me posted. I would be very grateful if the matter could be resolved. Thanking You!! i m facing a problem during online reservation in indian railways using my pnb debit card....it shows a msg-
"You Were Trying To Use pnb Payment Gateway And The Transaction CouldNot Proceed Due To Transaction Failed in PNB Bank(URL Based). We regret that the payment for the transaction under reference no. 0322194717 was not authorised by your bankers and hence we are not in a position to process the booking. " what is the problem with my card? while it works well in atm... plz reply as soon as possible..... |
