Dear sir,

I am Heena Maru,recently faced the problem with Punjab National Bank i am having the account with PNB saneguruji Marg Branch since last 6 years and bank used to offer some schemes like fixed deposit and RD a/c etc. I showed my interest in RD a/c and for that the concern person gave me the information that i can pay any fixed amout every month for one year ,2 year as per my wish i told him for 3 years and for Rs. 2000/- and he tld me that every month it will be deducted from my saving a/c n there is one fixed amount i.e.around Rs.81200/- i will be receive after 3 years that amount was also mention in the book which he gave me i was paying my amount every month but wen i used to chwck my passbook some times it was not deducted and i only personally go to the branch and inform them and they used to tell me that there will be no problem i it will be done next month i was a working women dint get the time specialy used to take an off for this bank work and this person was most of the time never there on his seat and no one used to give proper answer it was very poor service 1 day tehy told me to pay the amount in advance i paid the same and nxt month it came to my saving account wen i asked they said i paid excess amount in RD so they have tranferd it but afr 3 years at the time of maturity I received Rs. 280/- less wen i enquired he said i mised one instalment so this is a p****ty and they he shws me my pasbook there ws a chk which was not clrd bfr the date wen i tld him y dint he infrmd me he said we never inform and argue a lot my question is if i mised it y so many charges for one instalment and wat abt the money which was showing excess in RD a/c y dint they adjust that amount?then i went to the manger he also dint respond properly and told me that go to the manager who was there in 2007 this kind of answer i received from him then i told him to give it in writing that he wont be able to help me ....
i am requesting you to kindly take some steps against such managers who do not help the people and solve my quiery to credit the amount
