Dear Sir,
The following is submitted for immediate action at your end.
On 26th of June 2011, at 13:19:47, I received a sms from PNB that an amount of Rs. 13120/- was deducted from my account against payment to yatra .com.
I immediately checked the status of my account via pnb net banking and contacted customer care at 18001802222 and told them that I have not made any such transaction for Rs. 13120/. They, in turn, provided me a mail id itbs@pnb.co.in and told me to mail the facts on the said mail id.
I mailed the facts at the mail id mentioned above, and after some time, the said entry of Rs. 13120/ was deleted from my account statement and started reflecting under the heading"LIEN BALANCE".
Then, on 29th June 2011, the said amount disappeared from LIEN BALANCE and showed under the amount debited to my account.
I fail to understand what exactly is happening, it is over 15 days that I intimated your bank that the transaction of Rs. 13120 was never done by me but the amount has not been credited back to my account.
Kindly look into the matter at an earliest and revert me the action taken. Please also convey me how much time it will take to credit the amount in my account.
It will not be out of place to mention here that my transaction password got locked on30.06.2011 and I applied for a new one but after submission of application, my login password is also not working.
Please look into the matter immediately as I fear something fishy is going on at PNB Net banking.
